As a Koç Holding company, we were established under the roof of Setur Servis Turistik A.Ş., in 1965, with the intention to operate in the Duty-Free Retail Management sector. Within the framework of the duty-free activities initiated, we operate duty-free stores across Turkey by supplying products to 22 different locations through our own logistics network across land borders, seaports and airports.

Operating in 22 locations across Turkey and running the largest border crossing management operations across Europe with our Edirne-Kapıkule stores : running the largest border duty free operation, we aim to offer you an exquisite shopping experience with our modern, elegant and innovative concepts and over 600 experienced sales personnel at your service across our 55 stores. We provide our services with a vision centered around creating value for our customers, living up to their expectations with quality and consistency.

Under 8 main categories and with about 600 different brands, we offer more than 40,000 different products in our stores: perfumes -cosmetics, tobacco products, spirits, chocolate & confectionery, local products, toys, electronics and fashion-accessories. Providing access to products of premium brands at affordable prices, we offer you the opportunity to indulge yourselves and your loved ones in our stores while traveling.
